How can I return an order?

If you want to return your order, you FIRST have to email us at customerservice@essenceofargan.com. We do not accept returned packages, if you don`t email us with a return request. We will review your return request and if we accept it, we`ll send you a return shipping label - Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; and further instructions on how and where to send us back your package.

When we grant you a RMA number, you have to return your order within 15 days to the return address corresponding to your location, covering the cost of shipping and handling. Know that your RMA number should be written outside the package.
